Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Diversio. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business leaders and employees.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing training and development opportunities to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation
  • Conduct performance management and employee evaluations
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Provide HR support to business leaders and employees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
