Job Summary:
Modern Cleaning Concept is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Owner/Operator to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various areas, including floors, washrooms, and common entrance areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the floors by vacuuming as needed and mopping small areas of hard surface floors
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, common entrance areas, and working surfaces
- Replenish used or missing supplies, including toilet rolls, hand towels, and hand soap
- Clean and polish surfaces
- Spot clean walls, light switches, and doors, windows
Requirements:
- Ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be a permanent resident or Canadian citizen in Canada
