Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at RBC Capital Markets. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for providing support to our financial operations by assisting in reconciliations, financial analysis, and ad hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support reconciliation activities, including investigations and cleanup of reconciliation
  • Provide analysis of information from source systems and book of record
  • Work with other members of the financial control team to complete ad hoc requests
Requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Windows-based software with exceptional Excel skills
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Insurance products and insurance accounting
  • Experience with RBC financial systems and analytical tools
  • Working knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau
