LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are currently in search of a Logistics Coordinator.


In this capacity, you will oversee and facilitate effective transportation and storage solutions throughout the entire lifecycle of our products, from sourcing raw materials to the distribution of finished goods.

A CRUCIAL POSITION WITHIN A DYNAMIC TEAM.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our company's success by undertaking the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of shipments.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for outgoing products to international clients, primarily in the United States.
  • Ensure that all customs paperwork is clear, precise, and accurate for border crossings.
  • Maintain and regularly update HS Codes and NAFTA certificates.
  • File and scan shipping documents and maintain organized folders.
  • Communicate directly with dealers, agents, and freight forwarders.
  • Collaborate internally with receivers and production supervisors regarding incoming materials and returned goods.
  • Prepare all Return Good Authorizations and monitor returns and rework for production.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure clear communication with dealers and timely notifications of shipments.
  • Track shipping expenses and, in collaboration with accounting, manage the shipping budget.
  • Assist the purchasing department as needed.
  • Create and maintain monthly and yearly inbound and outbound statistics and key performance indicator (KPI) reports to ensure service levels are upheld.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination.
  • Working knowledge of legal regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to enhance your skills.
  • Strong management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and multitasking capabilities.
  • Engaged, dedicated, and eager to contribute.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with NAV Dynamics is a plus.
