Logistics Coordinator

Are you seeking a significant professional opportunity within a supportive organization? We are currently in search of a Logistics Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and oversee the transportation of shipments.
  • Prepare documentation for international shipments, primarily to the United States.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in customs paperwork for border crossings.
  • Maintain updated HS Codes and NAFTA certificates.
  • File and scan shipping documents and maintain organized folders.
  • Communicate effectively with dealers, agents, and freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding incoming materials and returns.
  • Manage Return Good Authorizations and track returns and rework processes.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure clear communication with dealers and timely shipment notifications.
  • Monitor shipping costs and manage the shipping budget in conjunction with the accounting department.
  • Assist the purchasing department as needed.
  • Create and maintain monthly and yearly inbound and outbound statistics, along with key performance indicator (KPI) reports to uphold service levels.
  • Represent and uphold the company's core values and management philosophy.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with legal regulations in logistics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to enhance skills.
  • Excellent organizational and management abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Engaged and dedicated with a proactive approach.
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous; knowledge of NAV Dynamics is a plus.
