Westridge HR Professionals is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Niagara Falls client’s Corporate Services team.

About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in managing supply chain processes, optimizing inventory, and controlling costs to ensure smooth operations. Their responsibilities will span supply chain and inventory management, product catalog and cost management, purchasing and receiving, market research, procurement, and warehouse overflow support.

Job Type: Regular Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Location: Niagara Falls, ON

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, implement control procedures, forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Product Catalogue & Cost Management: Maintain an up-to-date product catalog, analyze product costs, negotiate with suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Purchasing & Receiving: Execute purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, verify received goods, and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze market conditions for informed procurement decisions.
Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.
Warehouse Overflow Support: Assist during peak periods, maintain warehouse organization, and collaborate with warehouse staff.

About You
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to process improvement.
