Job Description: Sales Trainee

The Sales Trainee role is designed to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for colleagues during periods of absence or special projects.

Working closely with management, the Sales Trainee will maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format stores.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Trainee is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, adhering to Red Bull Gruppe's executional standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for colleagues
  • Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations
  • Service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner
