Sales Development Representative

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at N-able. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, qualifying marketing-generated leads, and working closely with Account Executives across North America to create sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads
  • Work closely with Account Executives across North America
  • Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the wider Sales team
  • Learn from our Sales Leadership and utilize competent selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
  • Influence the sales process and enhance the current capabilities

What We're Looking For

  • The ability to work in a quickly growing industry and achieve targets
  • An inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be intrinsically motivated
  • A desire to collaborate, learn, and grow
  • 1 year of retail, customer service, or professional experience preferred
  • Past SaaS sales experience preferred, though not required
