Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Convoy Supply. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry developments, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction industry, with a focus on business development and customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of construction specifications, drawings, and technical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and French.
