About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Tolko. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing sales activity and order invoicing, processing sales program transactions, and coordinating with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate reflection of sales activity and order invoicing
  • Process all assigned sales program transactions, including payments, inventory adjustments, shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory controls
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations
  • Investigate inventory outages and other issues that may arise
  • Provide non-sales support to suppliers and external customers, as well as general administrative and customer service support to the Traders and Manager within the Brokerage Department
