Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they have the necessary training and support
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training
- Authorize payments and manage the sales budget
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales staff are working efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Permanent full-time position
