Event Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing events, ensuring seamless execution and high-level service throughout the event and post-event phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate all pre-event documentation, working closely with Sales and Clients to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Fill out post-event after-action reports to analyze and improve future events.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and referring suggestions to Sales or Senior Project Manager.
- Plan and execute events that meet PRO EM's objectives, working within timelines and project management frameworks.
- Collaborate with asset managers to create load lists and timelines for efficient event setup and take-down.
- Recommend staffing needs to Operations Manager and work closely with crew leads to ensure efficient event execution.
- Maintain the highest level of service and exceed client expectations.
- Provide contract updates and changes to Sales and Senior Operations Assistant for assigned events.
- Offer constructive feedback and solutions for challenges faced at the job site.
- Create a positive team atmosphere in the office and on-site.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Requirements:
- Strong people-focused element, liaising with event contributors, venues, vendors, and partners.
- Previous experience in event management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle and own multiple projects.
- Pro-active and shows initiative.
- Familiarity with Word and Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to undertake a wide range of tasks to its end.
- Flexibility, working on weekends and evenings.
Salary Range: $80K - $90K
