Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Carzone Motors Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Service Quality: Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and ensure that our customers receive a high level of service.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement plans to engage with our customers and build strong relationships with them.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our customer service team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
