About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consultant to join our team at Waymaker Creative Services Inc. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns
    • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Lead Market Research
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business development or digital marketing role.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
