About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consultant to join our team at Waymaker Creative Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
  • Communication Strategy: Evaluate and refine our communication strategies and programs to ensure they align with our business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Prepare high-quality written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content, to effectively communicate our message.
  • Business Development: Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Market Research: Design and conduct market research projects to gather valuable insights and inform our marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, to promote our brand and services.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service and store environments to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
  • Research and Analysis: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform our business decisions.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with our company goals and objectives.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
