About the Role

Cameleon RH is seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management, including operating results, financial statements, and other relevant data.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Internal Controls: Design and implement effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, including training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing accounting and financial management.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Certifications: CPA professional accounting designation.
