About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Specialist to lead our QA programs and drive quality and technical evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute QA programs to ensure high-quality services
  • Perform quality and technical evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze performance trends to inform business decisions
  • Facilitate QA training sessions to enhance team skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Accident Benefits and Bodily Injury Claims or 5-10 years in Quality Assurance
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree or CIP designation
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and trending
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools is preferred
