Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and inclusive team at Lifemark Health Group. As a passionate advocate for collaborative care, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess client physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
- Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred)
- Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs
- Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
- Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long term disability, and WSIB referrals is a strong asset
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
