Occupational Therapist Job Description

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure effective care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
