We're seeking a dynamic and motivated student/intern to join our team as an HR/Recruitment assistant in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to gain extensive hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, HR support, and content creation.

What You'll Do:
  • Source and pipeline passive talent across LinkedIn and other sources for various roles, including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Administration.
  • Help create HR/Recruitment content and provide business development support, mainly research.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including creating job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in an HR or business-related post-secondary program with a mandatory coop/placement term.
  • Previous HR or recruitment experience is not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Attention to detail.
  • See challenges as opportunities to learn and problem-solve.
  • Takes initiative and is a self-starter.
