Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Global HR. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze staffing requirements to determine the best course of action
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to reach a wide audience
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Electronic mail and internet skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
