About the Role

As a Group Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients and their members throughout the enrollment process. You'll be responsible for implementing and supporting our Group Benefits Enrollment services, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal partners, building strong relationships based on trust and communication.
  • Lead the implementation of enrollment services for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to established procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining clear deliverables and timelines, to effectively manage enrollment projects.
  • Monitor task assignments, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the enrollment process.
  • Gather detailed client requirements and meticulously match them with our service specifications, ensuring a tailored solution for each client.
  • Conduct thorough testing of member web experiences to guarantee accuracy and user-friendliness.
  • Analyze member data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implement necessary updates to optimize the enrollment process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of enrollment, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating your ability to plan, execute, and deliver successful projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • A customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills, enabling you to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both French and English, allowing you to seamlessly interact with a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the enrollment process.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and driving resolution to any challenges that may arise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, demonstrating your technical aptitude and ability to utilize relevant software tools.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, enabling you to effectively address client needs and make informed choices.
