Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and products to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
