Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and compassionate individuals to join our Health Services team as Personal Care Workers (PCWs), Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs), and Health Services Workers (HSWs). As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily activities of living, personal care, and transportation to appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as clinical care, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of previous adult caregiving experience and/or a mix of education and experience.
  • Current First Aid/CPR Level C certification.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and ability to work independently.
