As a Culinary Specialist at L'Écluse, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
This position is set in a dynamic restaurant atmosphere where teamwork and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities- Procure food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Ensure that meals are safe for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Perform cleaning duties in kitchen and work areas to uphold cleanliness.
- Must exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Position is physically demanding, requiring stamina and strength.
- Tasks may involve repetitive motions and standing for extended periods.
