Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient project progress
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and development programs
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Recommend personnel actions to management
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Work Environment:

As a Construction Site Supervisor with MCM-D'Lusso Construction, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects. You will be required to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Language and Work Term:

The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.

Hours and Benefits:
