Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement global operational strategies across various Trust and Safety business lines, ranging from basic content moderation to advanced category 1 oversight.
  2. Ensure alignment and achievement of key operational performance indicators across multiple projects and cultural contexts.
  3. Facilitate the integration of local operational teams with global frameworks, standards, and processes.
  4. Oversee internal and external governance, including comprehensive business reviews with senior partners.
  5. Coordinate local operations with global functions such as Workforce Management, compliance, and quality assurance to meet client needs effectively.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and elevate client perception.
  7. Manage operational budgets, optimizing revenue and margins while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  8. Support business development efforts and the launch of new programs in accordance with global best practices.
  9. Conduct regular site visits to engage with local leadership, facilitate client meetings, and support audit activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operational roles within a complex, multi-site global environment.
  3. Trust and Safety Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in Trust and Safety, particularly with category 1 content.
  4. Financial Acumen: Proven experience in financial management and operational budgeting.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and derive insights from complex data sets.
  6. Language Proficiency: C1 or native-level English skills.
  7. Presentation Skills: Capable of effectively communicating complex operational insights to diverse audiences.
  8. Communication: Exceptional communicator with experience in multicultural environments.
  9. Negotiation: Skilled in fostering win-win scenarios among various stakeholders.
  10. Influence: Ability to persuade internal and external stakeholders to support new initiatives.
  11. Growth Mindset: Continuously seeking opportunities for business improvement.
  12. Mentorship: Experience in guiding junior operational leaders to cultivate future talent.
Travel Expectations:

Willingness to travel frequently to various operational sites.
