Culinary Specialist

At Sam's Pizza, we're seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace
