Job Responsibilities
- Project Director
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Formulate and implement strategies for effective project execution.
- Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Project Managers
- Oversee daily operations, timelines, and financial aspects of projects in Edmonton.
- Coordinate efforts with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or directorial roles within the construction field.
- Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community engagement.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications (PMP, P.Eng, etc.) are highly regarded.
