JOB OBJECTIVE:

In the role of Project Manager, you will be pivotal in directing commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are executed safely, punctually, and within financial constraints. Reporting directly to the VP of Construction, your efforts will significantly contribute to the organization's revenue and profitability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management within the commercial or retail construction sector
  • A solid history of managing projects valued between $3 – $20+ Million
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and the capability to enforce them effectively
  • Relevant higher education credentials

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guarantee that projects are finalized on time and achieve financial goals
  • Oversee daily operations, formulate construction timelines, and track project advancement
  • Accurately prepare job costing and forecasting documentation
  • Develop comprehensive project budgets, contracts, change orders, and requests for information (RFIs)
  • Foster robust relationships with stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and suppliers
  • Interpret and manage contractual responsibilities
  • Conduct progress meetings and ensure accountability among all parties involved
  • Implement quality assurance policies and procedures for ongoing enhancement
