We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Whistler Personnel Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction personnel, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support to construction personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other team members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 5 years or more in a construction management role
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
