Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Whistler Personnel. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
- Supervise and manage construction teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
