Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Whistler Personnel. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
  • Manage and supervise construction site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or a related field preferred
