Job Summary

Walia Expedited is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination and transporting goods over long distances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Driving Expertise: Demonstrate mountain driving expertise and ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Logistics: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess an AZ class license and adhere to all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
