Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Driver at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. As a key member of our moving team, you will be responsible for safely transporting household goods, office furniture, and other heavy items while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, establishing a rapport and building trust in our services
  • Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies, and equipment to meet customer needs, ensuring a seamless moving experience
  • Obtain customer feedback throughout the move, addressing any concerns and ensuring ongoing satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, providing timely feedback to management
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members to ensure a smooth moving process
  • Perform daily truck inspections, maintaining a clean and safe vehicle
  • Accurately calculate charges and complete move-related paperwork, ensuring timely and secure payment
  • Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings, utilizing proper equipment and techniques
  • Organize and secure the truck at the end of each job, maintaining a clean and professional environment

  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items, with a focus on safety and efficiency
