Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Weigh and price meat products for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts and prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Train and mentor other team members on meat cutting and sales techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or meat cutting environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
