Job Summary

Gulshan Market is seeking a skilled Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meat for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim meat to customer specifications
  • Prepare special cuts of meat and package for sale
  • Remove bones and weigh meat for sale
  • Price and label meat products
  • Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a butcher or meat cutting role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Work Environment

The Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
