Key Responsibilities- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders and business partners to assess learning needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
- Learning Solution Design: Design and deliver training and development programs that meet the needs of our business, including America's and Global Guest Innovations (AGGI) org.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct complex learning and performance needs analyses to identify critical skill/knowledge gaps and develop data-driven solutions.
- Coaching and Development: Partner with senior leaders and business partners to co-create long-term learning strategies and coach peers to build, assess, and implement learning solutions.
- Change Management: Create and implement strategies for long-term behavioral change and performance improvement as a result of learning experiences.
- Learning Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure and monitor training effectiveness.
- Passion for Learning: A passion for guiding and supporting our collective in discovering, developing, and activating their unique potential for the world.
- Experience: 8+ years' experience in adult learning facilitation or development in functional training, leadership development, and career development.
- Skills: Proficiency in priority/project management, presenting ideas and concepts, and ability to quickly develop trust.
- Education: BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or Education.
- Coaching Certification: Coaching certification or 3+ years coaching practice.
