About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Lululemon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success through the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders and business partners to assess learning needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
  2. Learning Solution Design: Design and deliver training and development programs that meet the needs of our business, including America's and Global Guest Innovations (AGGI) org.
  3. Performance Analysis: Conduct complex learning and performance needs analyses to identify critical skill/knowledge gaps and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Coaching and Development: Partner with senior leaders and business partners to co-create long-term learning strategies and coach peers to build, assess, and implement learning solutions.
  5. Change Management: Create and implement strategies for long-term behavioral change and performance improvement as a result of learning experiences.
  6. Learning Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure and monitor training effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Passion for Learning: A passion for guiding and supporting our collective in discovering, developing, and activating their unique potential for the world.
  2. Experience: 8+ years' experience in adult learning facilitation or development in functional training, leadership development, and career development.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in priority/project management, presenting ideas and concepts, and ability to quickly develop trust.
  4. Education: BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or Education.
  5. Coaching Certification: Coaching certification or 3+ years coaching practice.
  6. Commitment to Diversity: Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as essential tools for conscious leadership.
