Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to clients throughout their hearing journey
  • Perform general reception and administration duties, including booking appointments, managing schedules, and processing payments
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on payment options and third-party billing
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including ordering supplies and performing light tidying and display setup

  • Assist hearing professionals with non-clinical duties, including hearing aid maintenance and battery changes

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail sales or high-volume administrative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel locally for marketing events and networking opportunities
