About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our Quebec/Atlantic Sales Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quebec/Atlantic Sales Division, overseeing sales activities and driving growth in the foodservice and industrial sector
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and delivery of service
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
- Travel throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada to meet with clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Good network within the industrial and food service industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to travel throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada as required
