Company Overview: Donna Cona Inc. is actively seeking an Intermediate Business Systems Consultant for a prominent client in the insurance sector. This position is pivotal in delivering consulting and implementation services within the Global Corporate Technology framework, particularly focusing on Human Resources and SuccessFactors Solutions.

Role Overview: The selected candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, aiding business functions as the client transitions their technical landscape towards cloud and SaaS models. This role is designed as a 6-month contract with a hybrid work model.

Key Qualifications:

  • A university degree or relevant certification in computer science.
  • At least five (5) years of pertinent experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or Functional IT Consultant within HR.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in consulting on large-scale ERP technical/SaaS implementations (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
  • Proven experience in SDLC/Agile methodologies, including analysis, design, configuration, prototyping, testing, and deployment with both cloud and on-premises applications.
  • Ability to manage relationships and set expectations with demanding business areas.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple priorities professionally.
  • Experience leading and collaborating in remote settings.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude focused on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A high level of personal ownership, teamwork, and adaptability.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple projects.

Demonstrated Experience:

  • Collaborating with preferred vendors to understand product roadmaps and suggest innovative solutions to enhance business models.
  • Utilizing industry consulting methodologies to translate business requests into requirements and technical solutions.
  • Assessing current business challenges and advising on the applicability of alternative technology products.
  • Leading discussions in ambiguous situations to guide clients towards resolutions.
  • Communicating technical landscapes and complexities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying prioritization conflicts and proposing alternative solutions.
  • Contributing to the promotion and implementation of best practices for business processes and product capabilities.
  • Providing comprehensive technical direction and execution on SuccessFactors.
  • Documenting technology requirements to align with proposed products/services.
  • Understanding client goals and contributing to roadmap design to enhance efficiencies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality solutions through system configuration.
  • Implementing functionality for essential Human Resource processes and ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Offering technical support for SuccessFactors system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Conducting regular system maintenance tasks.
  • Addressing operational or enhancement work requests as necessary.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
