Position Overview:

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a strong business background? Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain ERP systems.
  2. Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting issues and implement system solutions to optimize business processes.
  3. Deliver tailored reporting solutions in complex environments.
  4. Provide technical support and consultation to clients.
  5. Take ownership of individual productivity.
  6. Stay updated with the latest business technology trends and developments.
  7. Maintain relevant industry certifications.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Completion of a business/systems diploma or degree or equivalent.
  2. Relevant system certifications. Experience with SAGE products is advantageous.
  3. 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  4. 1-2 years of experience in providing technological solutions.

Skills & Abilities for Success:

  1. Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment where projects are completed within deadlines.
  2. Strong listening skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and present them in user-friendly terms.
  3. High level of accountability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Technologically adept and quick to learn new technologies.
  5. Excellent English reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours:

  1. Monday – Friday
  2. 8am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
Compensation:

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000. At Britec, we recognize hard work, and additional bonuses are awarded based on individual and company performance. We also provide quarterly incentives for achieving specific individual or team goals.

Benefits become available after a 3-month probation period. Candidates can receive a summary of the benefits prior to accepting an offer.

Our organization values education, and nearly all staff members engage in professional development. For this role, you will complete several technical Sage certifications.
