Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their financial lives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and services, and communicate this knowledge to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge, and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Mutual fund representative (MFR) licence (or willingness to obtain within three months of hiring).
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • Proficiency in French and Spanish (or willingness to learn).
