Banking Advisor

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering questions, and helping them navigate our banking applications and ATMs.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized service to clients, listening to their needs and resolving complex situations.
- Offer advice and transaction solutions to Personal Banking clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their financial goals and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' needs.
- Stay up-to-date on compliance and risk management rules, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
