Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Framing Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable framing solutions, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Framing Solutions: Create custom framing solutions that meet customer expectations, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Participate in inventory management processes, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers and execute cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and production goals, and support shrink and safety programs.
Requirements
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames, stand for long periods, and move throughout the store.
  • Education and Experience: Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills; retail experience and ability to sell products and services to customers are preferred.
Work Environment

This role is based in a public retail store setting, with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and occasional outdoor work may be required. The frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses, and work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
