Job Summary
The ADGA Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Specialist to support the implementation and administration of specialized applications/software for our Corporate Information Management Cell.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, support, and maintain corporate information management applications, including standard Enterprise BackOffice applications, Web Sites, SharePoint Sites, Databases, and other specialized software applications hosted in software engineering environments.
- Ensure the security and integrity of corporate information management tools, including Databases, Archives, Repositories, SharePoint sites, and Storage Areas.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for supported software applications to support corporate information management.
- Respond promptly to requests for assistance related to corporate information management applications.
- Track technical problems and solutions in a suitable corporate information management application to support configuration control and change management activities.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience working with designing and maintaining SharePoint Sites.
- Experience with software engineering in a Client/Server Environment or Collaborative Environments.
- Proven skills in managing, analyzing, designing, modeling, and implementing software systems.
- System life-cycle management for software systems.
- Experience as a Software Specialist in an IPT for an onsite client.
- Experience in preparing technical concept documents, system specifications, and technical proposals in the field of Information Technology/Information management or engineering.
- Ability to communicate information technology frameworks/strategies to management and technical staff.
- Ability to communicate system engineering direction for projects or systems.
- Ability to provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on technical issues to support senior management decision-making.
- Engineering Bachelor's degree in software, computer, systems, electrical, or a suitable engineering or technical field.
