Framing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Framing Specialist to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable framing solutions, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, provide personalized service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Framing Solutions: Create custom framing solutions that meet customers' needs, using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and deliver sales and production results.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
- Inventory Management: Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
- Cash Handling: Operate cash registers and execute cash handling to standards.
- Omni Channel Processes: Assist with Omni channel processes to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
- Operational Skills: Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
- Physical Demands: Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; ability to move throughout the store; ability to remain standing for long periods of time; lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Our retail store setting is climate-controlled, with some stock rooms and outdoor areas that may not be climate-controlled. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
