Job Description

Role Summary

The Communications and Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in promoting the firm's brand image and creating engaging content to reach key stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications
    • Develop and manage internal communications content to engage employees and promote corporate objectives;
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement internal communications strategies;
    • Monitor and analyze internal communications metrics to inform future initiatives;
    • Perform other internal communications tasks as required.
  • External Communications
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement;
    • Collaborate with website developers to update content and ensure a user-friendly experience;
    • Research and create engaging content, including text, images, and video;
    • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive online reputation;
    • Analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance and inform future initiatives;
    • Collaborate with senior associates to create content and promotional materials for print and online media;
    • Contribute to preparing and delivering client presentations and business reviews;
    • Assist in planning and participating in events and meetings.
  • Qualifications and Competencies
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
    • Two to five years of experience in social media and communications, preferably in a professional services firm;
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with experience writing for various audiences;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Proficiency in using technology and methodologies in graphic design, web design, social media, and website management;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Fully bilingual in French and English;
    • Recognized ability to think creatively and innovate;
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
