About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization and its services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our organization and its services, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including blog posts, videos, and other forms of content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
