The St-Hubert Group comprises our restaurant and retail (food) divisions, as well as our headquarters in Boisbriand.

Our Rôtisseries St-Hubert operate over 120 restaurants, primarily franchised in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick. We implement various eco-friendly initiatives, such as composting, a carbon-neutral delivery fleet, and electric vehicle charging stations. Our call center receives over 2 million requests annually.

St-Hubert also excels in the market for fresh, dehydrated, and frozen product manufacturing and transformation through the acquisitions of Meilleures Marques and Maître Saladier (St-Hubert Détail). We now have two production facilities in Boisbriand and Blainville, as well as a new 100,000-square-foot distribution center in Mascouche. We distribute over 500 products to our restaurants and 3,000 retail locations across Canada.

About the Role

As a Financial Analyst at St-Hubert, you will contribute to achieving business objectives and financial performance targets for the Restaurant Division. You will serve as a resource for internal clients in operational analysis and produce statistical and management reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the annual budgeting process for the division in collaboration with business partners and provide ongoing support throughout the budgeting process to achieve targeted objectives.
  • Participate in the end-of-period process, analyze variances (versus the previous year and budget), and produce required management reports.
  • Identify, analyze, and produce various performance indicator tracking reports, specifically for:
    • the Restaurant Division's cost centers;
    • the Restaurant Division's customer service center;
    • corporate restaurants.
  • Work closely with Operations to provide management support, strategies, and operations to support the growth and profitability of the corporate restaurant network.
  • Support managers/business partners in analyzing ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Monitor capital expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets and approval processes.
  • Optimize and create necessary analysis models to support decision-making.
  • Participate in the annual financial year-end process and quarterly and annual audits.
  • Conduct rigorous weekly follow-ups with the Operations team regarding corporate restaurant results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Word and PowerPoint in a Windows environment
  • Knowledge of Power BI/Query
  • Knowledge of SAP and experience working with Business Intelligence tools
  • Bilingualism
